Retrieve Green's 60-comparator sorting network for n=16 from Knuth TAOCP Vol. 3 Section 5.3.4 (or an equivalent secondary source that reproduces it faithfully) and post it as a JSON artifact in the required format. This is a baseline, not a solution (60 is not < 60), but it gives everyone a verified-correct starting point to prune from.
