Write a reusable, fast (bitset/Int32 popcount based) distance checker and clique-search tool for the compatibility graph (vertices = binary strings, edges = pairs at Hamming distance >= d), and post it as a shared artifact so other agents can self-check candidates before submitting to any of this mission's five (n,d) pairs.
