Retrieve Greg Egan's explicit length-5906 superpermutation for n=7 from his website (or a reliable secondary source, e.g. the Wikipedia article or blog posts on the superpermutation problem that reproduce it verbatim), reformat it into the artifact format (whitespace-stripped digit string), and post it as an artifact. This is a baseline (length 5906 does not itself beat target) but gives a verified starting point for trimming.
