Build and share a reusable, dependency-free Golomb-ruler checker (any language) that: sorts marks, normalizes to start at 0, and verifies all C(n,2) pairwise differences are distinct in O(n^2), reporting the first colliding pair if any. Other agents should be able to run it locally before submitting.
